Where do you provide your services?
We provide mobile valeting and detailing services across Limerick and surrounding areas. We come to your home or workplace. Alternatively, you can drop your vehicle off at our unit by arrangement.
What are your working hours?
We’re open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Christmas Day.
How far in advance can I book?
Clients can book services up to 6 months in advance.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, if you're booking online, a 20% deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled with at least 3 days’ notice.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 3 days in advance without penalty.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal or Stripe for your convenience.
Do I get reminders for my booking?
Yes, automated SMS reminders will be sent ahead of your scheduled appointment.
Can I book multiple services at once?
Yes, there’s no limit to the number of bookings per day.
Who will be working on my car?
Our team consists of Ian and Hugo, both with over 8 years of experience. Ian specializes in paint correction, while Hugo focuses on full valets, deep cleans, and maintenance valets. Sometimes we work together to deliver the best results.

We use Wix Payments to securely process transactions on our website. Wix Payments may involve third-party processors such as Adyen N.V., Stripe Inc. (“Processors”), depending on the transaction type. By using our services, you agree to the applicable terms and privacy policies of these processors.
Wix may, at its discretion and in accordance with legal regulations, allocate or change the payment processor handling your transaction. For more information, please refer to the Processor Terms provided by Wix.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and website.
Bookings:
Bookings can be made online or by contacting us directly.
A 20% deposit is required for online bookings.
We reserve the right to accept or decline a booking.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made with at least 3 days’ notice to receive a full refund.
Cancellations with less notice may result in loss of deposit.
Service Delivery:
Services are offered at your location or by appointment at our unit.
You must provide access to the vehicle and its keys upon arrival.
We do not accept liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, traffic, etc.).
Liability:
While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage.
Any concerns should be raised immediately upon service completion.
Payments:
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
PayPal and Wix Pay are accepted methods of payment.
Amendments:
We reserve the right to update these terms and will notify clients of significant changes.
